The lesser-know mix of the chart topping London Dry and tonic but we think it’s a hit, refreshing and crisp with a sweetness from the Italian Rosso that pairs well with the bitterness of the tonic water.

  • 75mL Drummerboy Italian Rosso
  • 75mL Tonic Water
  • Ice

Garnish

  • Orange Wheel

Method

  1. Pack a balloon glass with ice
  2. Pour equal ratios of Drummerboy Italian Rosso & tonic.
  3. Stir and garnish with an orange wheel.
